Competing and collaborating beyond national borders requires through understanding of culture, environment etc. To understand how businesses succeed and why they fail when they operate in different economic and business environment, the course will introduce the students to businesses in India, their distinctive features and various aspects of doing business in the country.

Course aim

Course specific goals:
This course is designed to develop capabilities for doing business in India which in turn requires thorough understanding of managing institutional and cultural diversity. The course will also help students to understand and prepare them for various kinds of risks including political risk and country risk.

EUR 315: Course fee for students external to Tampere University and Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
EUR 0: Courses are free of charge to degree students and exchange students (academic year 2021-2022) of Tampere University and Tampere University of Applied Sciences.
