This course will give the opportunity to deepen the knowledge of International Business and Digital Law, studying topics such as Law of Smart Contracts, Online Commercial Arbitration and Mediation, Online Payment Transactions, E-commerce and International Sales of Goods.

Target group

Bocconi Summer School in Law offers a selective one-week study program open to undergraduate students, graduate students and recent graduates. A background in legal studies is not mandatory - pursue your areas of interest or try out something new!

Course aim

This course will delve into international and digital subjects in law, allowing students to acquire a legal perspective with a multidisciplinary approach.

Students fulfilling attendance requirements will receive a digital certificate attesting their participation in the course. Important: students who are also interested in earning 6 credits* are required to sit a final exam (on the last day) on campus in Milan.

*in accordance with the ECTS - European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System - on average 1 credit point corresponds to 25 hours of work for student; about 8 hours (but no more than 10) are spent in the classroom.
