Occupational therapy is a client-centred health profession concerned with promoting health and well-being through occupation. Occupations include activities people need to, want to and are expected to do. The primary goal of the occupational therapy profession is to enable people of all ages to participate in the activities of everyday life.

Occupational therapists achieve this outcome by working with people to enhance their ability to engage in the occupations or by modifying the occupation or the environment to better support their occupational engagement.

The summer school offers you the unique opportunity to learn more about the subject of "Occupational Therapy" (OT). You will engage in full-time practice-oriented classes, which have the purpose of stimulating your curiosity, creativity and self-reliance.

Our summer school will also help you gain a valuable overview about studying and living in Heidelberg.
