History of the Contemporary Italy through the Eye of the Movie Camera by analysing movie representations of Italy's History and its politics, economics, socials and cultural aspects.

Course leader

Rosa Gutiérrez, Teacher at UAB's Arts and Musicology departament. Working also as an art and cinema critic.
Ludovico Longhi, doctor in Audiovisual Comunication and asscoiate professor of Cinema's History and Cinematographic direction.

Target group

The UAB Barcelona Summer School is open to standing local and international undergraduates and graduate students. International students who have been accomplished the first year of their undergraduate or at least the 50% of their first year credits at their home university could also be enroled at the programme. Working knowledge of the language instruction is highly recommended.
