This online course, which runs over five half-days (morning sessions), will provide a thorough introduction to European consumer law. EU legislation and recent case law of the Court of Justice of the EU will be presented.

The effects of the green and digital transitions on consumer rights will be analysed. Participants will be able to deepen their knowledge through discussions, case studies and workshops.

The seminar will be hosted on the Zoom videoconferencing platform. The highest security settings will be applied. You will be able to interact immediately and directly with our top-level speakers and other participants. We will make the most of the technical tools available to deliver an intensive, interactive experience.
