This summer school focuses on how new kinds of fiction create new models of perception. The participants of the program contribute essays in advance that will be discussed in detail in class.

Course aim

The aim of this summer school is to offer doctoral students and post-docs an opportunity to explore and discuss in detail different ways in which literary texts and other works of art use, cause or reflect transgressions or blendings of fiction and reality. University teachers both from our partner universities and from LMU Munich will provide some initial input and will guide discussions, but the collaborative work of the students will be at the heart of the summer school.

EUR 0: There are no costs for tuition.

Scholarships

DAAD- scholarships are available for international students. They cover travel costs, accommodation, lunch, and provide a grant for the remaining living expenses.
