Through lectures, exercises, and case studies we will try to give you operational tools and intervention techniques that will help the participants to tackle the work of preparation and management of the interventions, both the specific forms of action (food aid, health care, mining, etc.. ) and the security issues, project design, in the assessment and evaluation.

Target group

The course is intended for students who already have a basic knowledge of humanitarian aid or for operators wishing to frame their earlier experiences in a more comprehensive methodological framework.

Course aim

This course, which is mandatory for the Diploma in "Emergency and humanitarian action", can be attended only by those who have already completed the basic course. Useful also in order to access to '"Advanced Diploma in Management of Humanitarian Interventions."
