Learn about Business Strategy this Summer at Prague College! This class introduces students to how a business unit can be strategically organized and planned for likely future outcomes in order to be successful.

Course aim

By the end of the class, students will be able to understand the process of strategic planning, be able to formulate a new strategy, understand approaches to strategy evaluation and how to implement a chosen strategy.
