The main goal of Self-Management of Health is to provide you with an intensive and interactive learning program. The program focuses on health behaviour, including how to support people in directing their own health and healthcare process. You will learn and practice interventions on lifestyle and coaching to support resilience and self-management skills. This of course in order to achieve the health related quality of life your client wants to reach, given the circumstances. As an upcoming professional, you will support and coach the client or patient, to clarify what he or she believes is important and what is necessary in accomplishing that! Your professional development will be boosted!

Fee info

EUR 725: The Fontys Summer School offers you two full weeks of daily classes and workshops (60 contact hours, 25 hours preparation, selfstudy and (final) assignments). The fee includes lunch, coffee/tea during classdays and studymaterials.
