Workshop for the design and construction of wooden carpentry structures designed to enhance and implement a hiking trail, enriching the route with interventions that enhance its character and usability.
Through an approach that combines theory on carpentry techniques, participatory design and self-construction, we will work on the definition of rest, observation and orientation points, conceived not only as functional elements, but also as spatial devices capable of interacting with the landscape and guiding the gaze along the path.
The entire process, from the ideation phase to the realization, will be oriented towards the search for solutions capable of dialoguing with the natural context, using local wood.
The goal is to develop a sensitive and conscious design, capable of combining aesthetics, functionality and respect for the territory, offering new ways of interaction between the built space and the hiking environment

Target group

The workshop is open to anyone interested in the subject, without age limits, as long as they are of age. The official languages ​​of the activities will be Italian and English
