About

Given the rapid advancements in AI, driven by increased data availability, computing power, and new methodologies, this training is more relevant than ever. The development of foundation models and the accessibility of vast omics data have highlighted the need for sophisticated analysis techniques beyond classical statistics.

Experienced professionals will guide around 4 diverse groups of 8-10 participants. The format will be a hackathon style, with around 20 contact hours dedicated to hands-on training and collaborative problem-solving. In addition to group work, we have planned inspiring lectures on the latest advancements in Machine Learning and AI in Life Sciences.

The 4 topics will be:
Protein Language Models
Spatial Omics Data Analysis
Data Integration and LLMs
Deep Learning for Protein Structures Prediction
