This expressive arts workshop invites participants to engage with the voices, sounds, movements, and shapes of their inner imagery, allowing them to connect with the mythopoetic language that animates their inner worlds. Mythopoetic language is the symbolic and metaphorical way our inner world communicates. Emerging in dreams, myths, and artistic creations, this language carries profound emotional and existential resonance. By fostering a dialogue with the unconscious, it offers a mode of understanding where meaning is discovered rather than imposed. Using a blend of expressive arts modalities, participants embark on a journey of embodied ritual-making and intuitive storytelling. Guided by our inner imagery this process acknowledges the body as a living repository of stories, patterns, and symbols, with each sensation or memory offering insights into one’s inner life. Participants are encouraged to weave together personal and shared experiences, creating meaningful syntheses and exploring how can we listen to our inner wisdom and attune to our inner guidance
